Marcy Rosenthal

Marcy Rosenthal has extensive experience in supporting others in creating a rich and full life. She started her career bringing life to the senses through Objects, a contemporary art gallery that she created to bring fun and fabulous art to the St. Louis community. After her move to the Southwest, she integrated her passion for feeding the senses with her joy of food, flavors, smells and textures and became a Food Coach, empowering her clients to create a delicious life through their diet, exercise and lifestyle.  Marcy didn't stop there. Knowing she wanted a deeper level of training and expertise to do the kind of healing work she wanted to offer her clients and colleagues, she decided to attend The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied to become a Holistic Health Counselor. There the focus is on nutrition as sustenance ~ spiritual, relational and physical.  Marcy is certified as a Holistic Health Counselor by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and accredited by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Marcy is known to say “I came out this way ~ highly sensitive to environment and energy in a body that didn't have a good internal roadmap for health and vitality”.  Despite this, Marcy committed to living a delicious life herself and has chosen to bring the wisdom she has gained from her long time illness to her health counseling practice.  After struggling with depression on and off for years and living with severe and often debilitating fibromyalgia, Marcy realized that there are gifts in the lessons she has learned with her health challenges and focused her energies and purpose in helping others to create rich and juicy lives.

Marcy is married to Ron Minemier, an electrical engineer with a passion for creating great music and flying kites on the beach. They have 2 wild and crazy cats. Marcy splits her time between Tempe, Arizona, Gleneden Beach, Oregon and Isle of Palms, South Carolina.

“We have come into this exquisite world to experience ever and ever more deeply our divine courage, freedom and light!”
